Our farmed seafood is always ASC or BAP certified.

Yes. Hana holds seafood, produce, and in-store meal programs to the same expectations for traceability, food safety, and environmental responsibility — not a sushi-only standard with exceptions elsewhere.
We source seafood rated Green or Yellow by Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch, or equivalent third-party certified. We do not source red-rated or unrated items, and farmed seafood is ASC or BAP certified.
Our suppliers are verified through organizations including Seafood Watch, Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP), Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC), Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), and SCS Global Services — with room to add produce and sustainability credentials as programs expand.
Every program runs on HACCP-based plans with continuous internal monitoring and independent third-party audits. Cold-chain controls, temperature logs, and corrective actions are tracked at the platform level.
